ABOUT ME

Shani Aduculesi is the founder of Compass Pilates and the developer of her own method of integrating her movement background and experience into Fascial Pilates.
A lifelong dancer and choreographer, she discovered Pilates during her professional training and was drawn to its ability to build strength, flexibility, and deep body awareness. Later, discovering fascia training brought everything together, opening new ways for the body to move with greater ease and connection.
With over 20 years of experience as a Master Pilates Instructor, Certified Fascial Trainer, dance teacher, and choreographer, Shani supports and guides people of all ages and abilities to reconnect with their bodies and deepen the relationship between body and mind.
Through fascia-informed movement, mindful awareness, and creative exploration,
she invites fluidity, freedom, and a sense of ease back into movement.
Her work supports a wide range of bodies and needs, from chronic pain and stress reduction to
pre- and postnatal care, osteoporosis, injury recovery and prevention, athletic performance,
and anyone seeking to move through daily life with more strength, confidence, and awareness.
Shani holds a B.Ed. in Dance & Education from The Kibbutzim College of Education in Israel,
