PRIVATE SESSIONS
It's all about you!
Dedicate an hour of this wonderful Pilates practice all to yourself. In this private session we will tailor the session to your personal needs. This session allows us to closely learn your body's abilities and capabilities and therefore to push you to your very best. With the focus on you, you will quickly experience the benefits of Pilates on your own body.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Care for some company?
If you would rather share your Pilates practice with your best friend, neighbor, colleague, or family member this class is for you. Create your own little group or join an existing one (depending on availability). Small group sessions are between 2 to 6 participants and prices vary depending on group sizes. In a small group session we are able to tailor the session to the needs of each participant.
Not only will you enjoy each others company but you’ll also enjoy a great workout.

STROLLER PILATES
Mommy and Me!
This class is for mothers and their babies. While the baby is enjoying a ride in the stroller, we'll be toning and stretching our muscles. Inspired by the Pilates apparatus we will be using the stroller to strengthen and lengthen our bodies. We know how hard it is to find time for yourself as a mom and this class provides the best opportunity to get back in shape while enjoying the company of your precious little one and other moms too.

PILATES FOR DANCERS
Be flexible and strong!
As a dancer and choreographer, Shani knows the importance of both strength and flexibility. Shani’s Pilates sessions are a perfect fit to support dancers in their practice and training. In this session we will learn how to isolate and synchronize different muscles and parts of our bodies in order to achieve the best movement range, strength and flexibility. This approach will help with recovery and prevention of dance related injuries and will support your dance technique and performance.
