Welcome To Compass Pilates NY 
A Way Back Home To Your Body.

In my Fascial Pilates sessions, I help people who experience pain, discomfort,  physical limitations,

or a sense of disconnection from their body to feel at home in their body again.

I believe the body is a gateway.


Through the body, we reconnect to sensation, emotion, and awareness, and from there, back to ourselves.
When we move with attention and care, the body becomes a place of support rather than struggle.

​

I support and guide people living with chronic pain, recurring injuries, hypermobility, movement limitations, 

or ongoing discomfort and tension, and those who feel called to reconnect with their body and deepen the relationship between body and mind.

Together, we rebuild a healthier relationship with the body, one that supports stable posture, functional movement, confidence, and ease.

From this place, relief from pain can emerge and continue into daily life.

Through mindful Fascial Pilates, personalized movement guidance, and deep listening to the body,
movement becomes a way to reconnect, move with greater awareness,

use the body more efficiently in daily life, and respond to its needs instead of fighting it.

This is a practice that offers tools for life without constantly searching for the next treatment,
without working against the body, and without living in fear of pain.

This practice is deeply connected to fascia, the connective tissue network that links the whole body and influences how we move, feel, and experience life.
